THE EXPERIENCE
The sudden change in the way many of us have had to work in the last few months, has undoubtedly affected our teams and employees.
Of course there are benefits to working remotely, however, many people will still be feeling underlying stress. There has been reduced cohesiveness between teams after being separated physically for so long. For example, some might be feeling anxious about returning if they have been furloughed. This will naturally have an impact on the wellbeing of individuals, the business itself and ultimately, on overall productivity.

ACCOMMODATION
