Join Ros&Rose Retreats (Sophie Rosalyn & Rachel Rose) for a carefully curated day to celebrate the sacred season, Autumn Equinox. A beautiful opportunity to turn inwards, take a pause and reflect. The day includes Hatha Yoga – Yoga Nidra, Hypnotherapy, Akashic Record Clearing, Soundbath Journey , Group & Individual Reiki, Crystal Healing, Journaling and Fire Ceremony.
