Self Care Sunday
A 48 hour wellness experience

We provide either a Self Care Sunday, which is 24 hours from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon or a Wellness Weekend, which runs for 48 hours.
We keep our Retreats intimate with a maximum of 10 guests at any one time.
You will experience the benefits of
– Yoga and meditation
– Forest bathing and stargazing
– Mindfulness in nature
Currently, we are offering single occupancy room only at £295. (Couples sharing will be charged at £275pp)
The next Self-Care Sunday is Saturday 26th – Sunday 27th September. Please note all government guidelines regarding social distancing will be followed.
Come and stay in one of our eight gorgeous ensuite rooms, each with a kingsize bed and a different travel theme from around the world…from Pondichery to Luxor and Harrogate to Provence.
All meals are vegetarian and home-made, using locally sourced organic produce and includes soft drinks, home-made juices and tea/coffee.

- Arrival at 4pm for check-in
- Tea and home-made cakes
- Relaxing body scan meditation
- Mocktails and music
- 3-course dinner
- Gather on the terrace around the firepit
- Stargazing with guidance (skies permitting)
- Meditation followed by Yoga
- Feed the animals; alpacas, goats & chickens
- Mindful walk and Forest Bathing
- Dove release
- Lunch in cabin among the trees
- Laughter Yoga
- Plant a tree
- Tea, cake before saying our goodbyes at 4pm.
