Join Coach Anthony Andrews for a monthly men’s only class. Man, Movement & Magic with take place on the first Monday of every month, between 7pm-8.30pm. You will learn tools to master your mindset, gentle movements, including Yoga, to decompress, along with goal setting and time to come together as a group and relax around the firepit.
