Ros&Rose Retreats are excited to be offering their first Full Moon Ceremony at Wootton Park Wellness. Release & Let Go is an opportunity to slow down and give your body, mind and heart permission to be healed and cared for. During this special ceremony, Sophie and Rachel will offer & guide you through practices & therapies that aim to release physical, mental & emotional tensions or blockages and provide powerful relaxation and healing on a mental, emotional and cellular level. This will promote deep rest during the evening and beyond!
The evening includes: Hatha Yoga, exploring Moon Salutations – Group Reiki, Moon Cycle Breathwork – Group Reiki, Guided Moon Meditation, Synodic Moon & Celtic Moon Crystal Harp & Singing Bowl Ceremony – Individual Reiki and Individual Sound Healing – Individual Reiki.
Rachel is a Reiki Master/Teacher & Spiritual Mentor, Animal Reiki Practitioner, Akashic Records Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Hypnoanalyst, NLP & EFT Practitioner. Sophie is a Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher and Sound Bath Practitioner. Both are passionate to offer you this nurturing, & healing event in an environment that feels comfortable & safe.
