Waking The Heart Charity Retreat Day – Dr Liz Sparkes

Dr Liz Sparkes will be returning to run her annual charity day retreat, with all proceeds going to Yes To Life Charity. Liz will facilitate a beautiful heart-based practice, using crystal bowls, shamanic chimes and drums.
