Join us this September for a wonderful 24 Hour Recharge Retreat, the ideal time to pause and reset. We offer a deeply relaxing and varied programme including Restorative Yoga, Stargazing, Pilates, Guided Mindful Walk and Forest Bathing, Dove Release for letting go, Gong Bath and intention setting. Includes all food, drinks and private, ensuite luxury accommodation. Come alone, as  couple or with a friend. You can also join us for a Self-Care Sunday Day Retreat on 7th September, 9.30am – 4pm.
