Yoga teacher Chloe Worthington led a peaceful Self-Love Yoga Retreat at Wootton Park Wellness, a day designed to nurture rest, connection and emotional wellbeing.

Chloe’s guests arrived to a calm and welcoming setting surrounded by nature. The retreat opened with a gentle yoga practice in the Wellness Yurt.

After a short break, Chloe guided a second session focused on grounding and releasing tension. The group then enjoyed a wholesome plant-based lunch in the Tudor Farmhouse.

In the afternoon Dr Erica Bowen conducted a self-love ‘confidence’ workshop, which offered space for reflection and tools to support self-awareness and inner calm. The group then enjoyed some fresh air with a guided nature walk through the surrounding woodlands.

During the day, guests also enjoyed browsing the Sage and Grace pop-up shop with Hannah, who shared her beautiful range of handmade aromatherapy products and gifts.

To close the retreat, Chloe was joined by Geet Fateh Kaur, who led an immersive sound healing session, helping guests relax and absorb the benefits of the day.

A short closing circle brought everyone together before departure, which left the group feeling calm, rebalanced and supported.
