New Year Reset and Renew – with Ros&Rose Retreats

Ros&Rose Retreats are return to run a reset and renew New Year Full Day Retreat. Rachel & Sophie will be working together throughout the day offering a combination of practices and therapies in a group setting and individually. The day includes: Cacao Ceremony, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Group Hypnotherapy, Guided Angel Meditation, Group & Individual Reiki, Sound Bath Ceremony and more.
