Paint Your Soul ‘Guides’ – with Niki Wakeman

Join healer and artist, Niki Wakeman for a restorative day retreat, to reset this September. There will be 4 meditations and after each meditation, you will get the opportunity to create some art. Using art we can connect our physical life to our spiritual life. This retreat is for anyone who wants an emotional release and who would like to try art with no judgement. All paints, brushes, aprons and canvases will be supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing. This course is for all levels of creator, for anyone who is interested in meditation and creative expression.
