Upon arrival at the Tudor Farmhouse and check in, the group enjoyed a range of homemade cakes/bakes, whilst being welcomed and introduced by Raj.
The Yurt was set up with mats, blankets and eyes masks ready for the first afternoon of Pranayama Yoga and Chillout Yin Yoga. This was followed by a beautiful gathering around the firepit located in the Farmhouse gardens, ahead of drinks and a three-course dinner.
The organiser requested an early morning light fruit breakfast before the two-hour session of Hatha Yoga. The group then returned to enjoy a healthy breakfast and the chance to relax and walk in the Wootton Park woods.
Having built up an appetite, a delicious lunch was waiting for the group before relaxing to a beautiful Gong Bath. The final session of a soothing Yin Yoga followed, finishing with cakes/bake before all the guests departed.
